Joshua Miro Ebsen was born in Bremen in 1994 and completed his training as a state-certified actor at the European Theatre Institute in Berlin in 2025.
He gained his first stage experience as a child and teenager at the Breisach Festival, Theater 1098 in Freiburg and in numerous school theatre projects, including at Theater Hans Dürr. At the Stadttheater Freiburg, he gained his first insights into professional theatre work as an extra in 2012.
While still training as an actor, Joshua performed at the Berlin Fairy Tale Days in 2023 and 2024 and also gained valuable experience in short film productions and series. Before his acting training, Joshua Miro completed a hotel management apprenticeship and worked for seven years in the premium hotel sector, primarily as a bartender. This period shaped his resilience, discipline and powers of observation. He lives in Berlin.
